There’s only ever been one diet that has really worked for me, and that is the Rice Diet. (Which includes WAY more than rice!) The strictness of the beginning phase leaves me without wiggle room while I’m fighting the whole “raging appetite” thing. And the latter phases are very conducive to simply learning how to eat in a healthy manner. As of now, I still eat a lot of rice-based foods, but am really just about healthy, whole, natural foods, with as little sodium as possible.
